01/11/2006 - George Burch . George D. Burch Jr. 61, died Jan. 11, 2006. He was the son of the late Roger Burch and Ruth Burch. A graduate of Lee High school and Jacksonville University, he was a member of the Omega Beta Chi Fraternity. George is survived by his wife, Carol; son, Mike; daughter, Mary Sutterlin; five grandchildren; and sisters Linda Hall and Lucille Martens. Brothers, David and Kenny, predeceased him. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 17 at Hodges Blvd. Presbyterian Church. Hardage Giddens Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. Donations may be made to the Community Hospice Foundation: 4114 Sunbeam Rd., Ste. 101 Jacksonville, FL 32257.
